Having an exclusive stay at this hotel was a dream come true. the luxurious amenities and room facilities were top-notch, from the private spa to the beachfront location. the indoor swimming pool was the perfect place to relax, while the restaurant had delicious in-room breakfast with a fantastic view of the sea. the bar/lounge area was fantastic too. the attentive staff was always available to help, and the location near the city center added a lot of convenience.

The limited number of TV channels available, which was a minor issue, considering the fantastic movies offered for free.

Great sea view, excellent wine, great room, new facility, soft and comfy beds, good breakfast variety.

The room temperature was uncontrollable and the swimming facilities had strict rules that were not communicated properly. Additionally, communication with staff was very difficult due to language barriers. the stay was disappointing.

Another highlight was the cleanliness of this hotel with impeccable room service and a well-maintained facility. Lastly, the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
